WASHINGTON – Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah), member of the Joint Economic Committee, today issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Labor Department March 2021 report:

“916,000 payroll jobs were added in March, and Americans are slowly returning to their offices, schools, and places of worship as the virus recedes. Accelerating job growth and increased vaccine availability are helping to support a path towards pre-pandemic labor force participation and employment, and new opportunities are on the horizon for American workers and their families.”
